I doubt many have been able to get up this far on the tower to see this.

Well, you can go ALLL the way up the spiral thing, though, personally i have never ben able to get off the top of the spiral and onto something.

Go take a look, you'll see what im saying.

Climb the tower

Go up as far as possible

Push forward into the side of tower, and make a horse

The horse graphic should put you halfway through either side, and you should be able to walk forward into the center

Once in the center, with a horse, run up to the highest point, run outside, turn around

Constantly run with the horse into a corner to prevent yourself from floating down

Use Insta-invis to slowly push your way up the tower wall until you reach flatter land

You're now on the top of The Tower of Frozen Shadow

not quite on top of TOFS, but I loved traveling around the rooftops in kael arena, you could agro things and they couldn't get you... lots of fun...

Trick is to use the 59 wiz grav flux on the first corner of arena, or you can also get up at the top part in front of the door... if that makes sense... I don't have a pic of high one in top part though, was lucky to find this one.
