| That's really odd. I too had been growing my hair for ~18 months (June before last so however long that is) and I just got a buzz today (Dec. 24) and it looks exactly like yours. I think I did it for mainly the same reasons that you did (girls) but I miss the feel of just having long hair. I don't know how often you run, but I do it every day and my hair always felt good in the wind. Oh well, maybe I'll be faster now. One thing is for sure, I am a lot colder with no hair so I might have to invest in a beaner for the time being. I think that I had a good run with my hair and I wasn't "giving up" when I got it cut. I felt it was time so I just did it and I have no regrets. The barber actually offered to bag all my hair for free, but I declined. I find it very odd that after making such a seemingly unique transition in my life I find someone on the FoH boards going through the same thing. Heh. | Yeah, Iron Eagle  It took me a few weeks to get used to it. Its weird having to look people in the eyes. Not to mention how everything became so much brighter. I was really hesitant right when I was getting it cut but after a few snips there was no going back anyway. I see things differently now (literally!!!11) and I think it was a change for teh bettar! mmm time for bed. Happy Christmas or for politically correct fag0ts: Happy Holidays |

  | Just butting in here I guess, but I made a similiar change a few months ago... Went from Mr. Goth to Mr. Agility... no more hair in my way! I really had an image built up around my long hair too... But I am much happier with my current buzz, its been great so far! You can see the change below...  |

| shoulder-length hair does look effeminate. I remember those days...plus the fact I never had it tied back. That's why I kept a scraggly little beard for a long time while it was growing. Make of for the girly-factor. Of course I've had mine growing for ~7 years.(I started it in the summer before freshman year of high school..college junior...that's 4 + 3 = 7! Phear my l33t calculatory skillz!) You should've kept it growing. Mine is tied back, ponytail stops at my lower back. Before I started to lose a shitload of weight(amazingly enough that happened after I stopped playing EQ every day for hours on end) I looked kind of like that character Horatio Sanz plays on SNL...the stoned dude with the longass hair....i love that character =) You forget the women-folk who think long hair is segzy. I have at least 6 women who told me they'd actually physically hurt me if I ever cut the hair while I was in a position where they could play with it... | OoOoOO, Looking good, Aych. Looking good, mang. When I first saw the "after" pic I thought Minority Report. It's uncanny how much you look like him. I dont think I could bear to cut off my precious hairs. I get comments from the ladies almost every day on how pretty my hair is  It naturally curls and it looks pretty good I think. Here's a pic of me I took with my shitty webcam. Dont mind the wife-beater. I've been working out lately so I'm all proud of myself   Here's another that was taken last summer that I scanned in. | Yeah, that's at my buddy's house. I wish I had kept all my ninja turtles figures. I had the turtle van, that spherical thing shredder rode around in and even the sewers. Tons of footmen, the turtles, the badguys oh man I had epic battles back in the day. (sigh) |
