Red and yellow ovals identify identically placed freckles, and the blue identifies the minor concaving of her chest. I have no doubt it's really her in the picture, and I don't doubt that everything up until the vag is real. Since there aren't really any pictures of her crotch to base evidence off of, I'm just gonna go ahead and assume that's as real as Kari gets. Does look like somethings wrong with the outlining skin around it, but it's still fun to look at.
