read the classes that can use the staff. how many of those classes can use drums to do songs.

And you are correct, I didn't notice that it was int caster only. I've actually never fought that particular mob, so never really cared too much for the details of the weapon.

As a saving grace (kinda heh) I still doubt he killed the creature by singing the chorus. ^_~
