2009 Halloween Costume Thread

Wanted to get an early start on a costume this Halloween..and came wondering.. Does anyone know where I can buy a bubble wrap suit? Or should I just buy the bubble wrap and have it tailored into a suit?

For example..

chances are any UPS or shipping store will have some.

i would just to a store and try on jump suits, find you size , see if there is demintions on tag like leg length, chest ect. then look for a patten online or just wing it but the patter will help a lot.

then see what kind of width would be needed chances are 18-24 inch wide would be perfect, large quantity bubble wrap comes in roll. no need to tailor it, clear packing tape sticks to bubble wrap hardcore, usually tear the bubble wrap before tape lets go.

i would also find a way to punch holes between the bubbles, it is going to get really hot

You can find bubble wrap in rolls at any Office Max, Staples, Office Depot type store. Just make it your self like the others have mentioned and don't use tape get yourself a cold glue gun.
