Seeds of Destruction movie [EverQuest]

I was going to post this in MMOGD but I never go in there, so I'm sharing it with my FoHSS scumdogs.

At the end of each EQ expansion, I cook up a movie of my guild's hijinks, usually of that expansion's end-zone. Because the end zone in this latest expansion was a liiiiiittle lack luster for it's own dedicated movie, I chose to do the majority of raids in the expansion.

This is our 4th or 5th movie, I haven't before posted our movies here but I know most of you guys are old EQ players from back in the day, I thought you might like to see what the game looks like/plays like now.

Edit: Finally got it on YouTube. The quality suffered a little but it's better than downloading 145mbs. The link to the original is at the website or below.

I think the only shot of PoTime was of the clock in it. The expansion didn't revamp PoTime but part of the storyline involves going through a rift in time (the rift is located in PoTime and ports you to the expansion). So maybe that's what you're seeing.

You take either PoK npc or guild hall portal to Time, run about 5 seconds and the portal to The Void Void where all the new zone portals meet. Hence why you see time a bit in there.

Btw what looks like Time raid mobs being killed is some of the raids in The Warrens. Brothers Zek and few others. Arguably the hardest events in the game.

for those who dont know this expansion: after the defeat of Discord army, the Discord boss discovered several weakpoints in our timeline caused by the mess we did in Plane of Time

these 5 points allowed him to send agents through time to mess with norrath history and create a world much easier to conquer

2 of these 5 events were the fight in Field of Scale between iksar army and the dragons of Ring of Scales, and Zek invasion of Plane of Earth

thats why you see so many iksars/dragons and the Zek family....you restore the timeline helping the dragons to fight against the iksars phalanxs armed with Fellbane (a dragon killer weapon made by discord agents) and defeating the final invasion to Rathe chambers

rest of images are from the Discord Tower, so of course its full of GoD/OoW models

And someone more clued in with the lore (fucker maybe): Any knowledge on Veeshan's corpse in VoidA? And why it poofs by VoidF? (I thought all of the waste and debris floating around A and missing in F just meant that everything was restored back to normal, but when did Veeshan die, if so?)

nope, its to stop a rehashing actually

in this expansion Discord attempted to change the history to make easier for them to conquer/destroy norrath.

What you have to do is travel back in time trough the same rifts discord agents used to stop them and restore the events like they used to be....once you do so, you assault Citadel of Worldslayer, home of Discord army leader

The Void (access zone of this expansion) is what Norrath will become if they are not stoped....a bunch of floating rocks in space, with just Zebuxoruk alive who will guide you in the progression

in the spoilers you can see what the Void looks like (bad quality, sorry) and the first of Zebuxoruk text (it change with each progression step)

in Void A you will find not only Veshaan corpse, but many of the gods' weapons floating around. As you can read from Zeb text, all gods are dead, the planes are fading and the void is all that remains

Each time you complete one step of the progression, Void changes a bit. Veshaan corpse, gods' weapons, floating rocks etc progressively disappear while you fix the timeline meaning the more you fix it, more of the gods have survived
