Also in this SoD video, some of you might have seen the extremely large Galka: That's Eriak Zek - fourth descendant (loosely used) of Rallos.

The Nameless is I guess you could say the true "god" in EverQuest, it is a being that exists outside of the bounds of the universe, it created the finite pantheon to meld the universal elements together, and had them create "children" (the mortal races; humans, dwarves, erudites, etc.) that it could imbue with its life and experience their universe through. At least I think that is EQ.

Also, Mayong is showing up in Underfoot, it's in the lore.

Yeah, three times over a decade. Even though it's an entirely different zone, with an entirely different story, and entirely different encounters. That's a lot for a God.

Man, I hated the Armies of Discord when they were introduced in GoD. I still don't like them. Hopefully, after SoD, they never return. I like the olde thyme lore like Zeks and shit (so I don't mind doing them a bunch of times here and there). I'm pretty pumped for Underfoot and Brell to make a long awaited appearance.

I've always really enjoyed the lor of EQ but I could never find a good place that catalogs it all.

1 time in 1 expanion, (tbc had no kt) thats really different though like 0.2% of wow players got to see original naxx never mind kel thezud it was widely requested to be redone too. are the eq boards clamoring for more zek?

i'm sure you are trying to be a troll here because you cant be serious. On this very board we constantly discuss about how cool and nice were old school EQ zones and lore....now they have made a very good expansion that make you relive 4 of the most important events in EQ history/lore...and you complain about the reuse of iksars/sarnaks and zeks in the ancient version of Field of Bones and invasion of plane of earth?

i'll give you a shocking news: the oceangreen zones (old Queynos) are full of humans and gnolls!

There's not any official website that contains all the lore (like Warcraft does on its website) to my knowledge, but you can find quite a bit of info on Allakhazam. I stopped playing EQ around the time Dragons of Norrath came out, so I regularly go to Allakhazam to check out the new expansions, new zones and new stories. It has a lot of game quotes and screenshots and decent write-ups.
