This is like a lactose intolerant person suing for not having a dairy-free milkshake or a person with 5 feet of their intestine removed demanding their food be blended. Except this is even worse because the restaurant is still accessible to her for the vast majority of the day.

The funny thing is that when I visit a foreign country these sort of news are the ones people talk the most about when talking about the US. It is not the university system, the health care, the US companies... its always about the land where you can sue about anything.
