I come from corn fed beef country here in Nebraska. I consider myself to be somewhat of a expert on beef and the best I've ever ate was Matsuzaka Gyu in Mie, Japan. This shit blows away all sorts of brisket or even my favorite: prime rib. Look at how the fat is marbled into the beef! That shit is absolutely delicious, but the prices are ridiculous.

I will give my love to Texas though. My cousin is down there and enters into BBQ competitions all over the south. He smokes his meet in smoker fashioned out of an old tank trailer. Texans do it right.

Dude i love that Brazilian grill, i went there back in high school after summer camp and ate for 2 and half hours at one like it called Radizzo's the manager asked me to leave. God i miss that soccer appetite.
