| I may be out of the loop... but when did Victoria Secret start making shit for men?

+1 Internets | I find cologne is 100x better than body spray. Body spray lasts for maybe 15 minutes before it seems to evaporate/dissipate completely. Cologne, for me, lasts for hours.. I use Stetson, Avatar, Gucci for men, or Lacoste. |

| I wear cologne because I like it. Don't particularly care what anyone else thinks. Have burberry, sean jean, random cheaper stuff I liked and Very sexy for him which is my favorite. Victoria secret has made the cologne for a number of years now. They came out with a second very sexy (light blue bottle) but it smelled like ass so they discontinued it. The original (dark blue bottle) has always been the way to go. |

+28 Internets | I just about never wear cologne, unless I'm doing something fairly formal. Dunno why that makes a difference, but yeah, otherwise typically I just use Old Spice deodorant because that shit works really well for preventing stains. The smells are nice, but a little stronger than I'd like, but I don't much want to change. To give an idea of just how little I use cologne, I have two bottles. Both were given to me as gifts about 10 years ago. They're only now starting to get to the bottom. I'd estimate at my current consumption I'm good for another 5 years. People have mentioned to me that I should throw them out as it goes bad eventually, but they still smell fine to me. For reference, they're Aqua di Gio and Hugo Boss (no other name on it). I don't recall getting compliments on either, but again, I almost never wear them anyway. |

| I've found in my (limited) experience that there's two types of colognes - generic male ones, which smell good on everyone, and more specific ones. For my generic male one, Acqua di Gio is pretty good. Not overpowering and you smell fresh. Girlfriend convinced me to buy Kenneth Cole Thermal Reaction because she loved the smell of the tester, after both 5 minutes and 5 hours. Pity it's a limited release though, I should probably buy another bottle before it's all sold out... Really depends on your skin chemistry though - i've been perfume shopping with a girl and one of them mixed with her skin to make vomit smell. |

| I wear whatever my wife buys me. Last time it was very sexy by vic secret, this time it's A87 from aero. Don't forget your breath though if you're in the "how should I smell" dept., that will turn a girl off way faster than having the wrong cologne imo. |

| This. Also, don't forget about clothes; If you're using a scented detergent/softener make sure it isn't conflicting with your other smells. Unscented detergent is generally the way to go - however, if you're not using any sprays or colognes then the clean linen scent on top of your natural musk can add a nice touch.. and women love it. |

+3 Internets | Shower every morning before work, and every evening after workout. If that isn't enough, there's still Rexona Cobalt Blue. I don't buy into those "big name brand" perfumes. But to each their own.
