Oh don't get me wrong. At 13 I was watching scrambled porn hoping against hope it would clear up long enough to catch a nipple. However that doesn't mean I thought at 13 I'd even begin to think I'd be able to hold my own and get my swerve on with 2 hookers. It'd be over in 6 seconds.

I don't know about the rest of the story, but if the guy called the cops, it probably wasn't 911. At least where I live, calling them on a non-emergency can take 30 mins to a couple hours for them to show up, depending on why you called, what time it is and how busy they are. Especially with how ridiculous this sounds, it may not have exactly been a priority.
