Yahoo Live Software Question / Remote Synchronized Video Viewing

Does anyone know of any software that would allow me to select a portion of my screen and stream that over yahoo live? I want to be able to stream a video from my desktop and comment on it with a friend in a remote location. and this is the only way i could think of doing this where it would be both synchronized and give me an option to pause/rewind and keep us in synch. If anyone has any better ideas let me know (teamviewer doesn't work).

I didn't need to be specific...the guy two posts ahead of me said where the download is and then you said that you thought most people couldn't get it working...If you're looking for magic cheat codes to make it work I can't help it worked straight from install.

webcammax program can achieve it. The download link is somewhere in the live thread. You can broadcast a portion of your desktop or set it to broadcast window-in-window webcam+desktop.
