Have you ever seen a ghost?

Ghosts: No. Strange paranormal experiences: Yes.

A few years back me and some friends were playing with a Ouiji board in my friend's bathroom (I realize Parker Brothers does not have a direct link to the spirit world, but we were bored and a few of the dudes actually believed in that shit). We were playing with it for about 15-20 minutes when we heard a very loud, distinct banging sound coming from his kitchen.

Keep in mind everyone that was in the house or had access to the house was in the bathroom at that point in time.

We all run into the kitchen to see two of his kitchen chairs facing each other. I got spooked beyond belief at this point (I was and had always been a skeptic of those types of occurances) and I ran into his music room. Upon entering, the entire fucking room REEKED of whiskey. It was 2PM in broad daylight and we had not drank there in weeks.

Fucking ridiculous shit.

a few times i thought i saw stuff in the corner of my eye but when i turned to look there was nothing there. i dont believe in ghosts in the hollywood sense,but there is some phenomena going on tho not necessarily a person who has died and returned from the grave in spirit form.

Come on all these stories of 'I thought I saw something out of the corner of my eye' or 'when i was falling asleep' or 'just waking up when falling asleep' or 'heard this noise that wouldn't go away'. People use your heads. You just misinterpreted the signal your brain sent you in the case of the corner of your eye stuff. That happens to me often, sometimes I think i see something outa the corner of my eye and look, but usually after I can figure out what in the view caused me to think it was something else out of the corner of my eye. Peripheral vision is not a reliable 'ghost' viewer.

As already mentioned anything that occurs during or near sleep is an illusion of your mind or sleep paralysis, when I had server insomnia, every night when trying to fall asleep I swore I could hear birds chirping, at like 10pm at night. Of course it was not real.

And finally, yes some people are more sensetive to audio than others, I can hear the high frequenecy sounds coming out of almost any electronic device from further away. People think I am crazy but then when you hold the device right to their ear they can haer it too. Also yes if you are playing games or something for a bit, or if the game is on your mind, you'll think you just heard a sound from the game, etc. It's jsut your mind having a fartpoop.

The only thing that sounds odd is that dude's story of chatting with the guy in the hospice home. If you are telling the truth, then that is unbelievably freaky. Need solid documented proof.

When I was younger, I was playing with my Mom's camera, and I sat it down on the table and walked away. Keep in mind, I was home alone (which is why I was able to play with the brand new digital camera at age 11).

Well, I went to get some food, and heard a bunch of thrashing around in my room. When I got the nerve to go back into my room, I found those play blocks with the alphabet on them strewn around my room. Keep in mind, these were on the top shelf of my closet and only hadn't been thrown away because my Mom is a fucking pack rat.

Well, anyways, in the middle of the blocks was the camera hap-hazardly tossed onto the floor and turned back on. I was sure, 100% sure, I had turned it off before I went to get something to eat cause that thing went through batteries too fucking fast. There was also what appeared to be blood on some of the blocks.

Well, anyway, I freak the fuck out and look at the pictures on the camera for whatever fucking reason. The blocks with the red liquid on them were arranged in one of the pictures to spell out "You will die in your sleep tonight."

Now, obviously, I didn't die, but I freaked the fuck out. I was convinced it was a ghost.


Well, not to ruin a good ghost story--but I called my parents immediately and they called the police. The police took the pictures and DNA samples from the blocks. Turns out it was blood. They set up surveillance outside my house and caught a man with a fresh wound on his wrist and all kinds of ceremonial knives and daggers in a back pack trying to break into my window late that night (I slept my fucking ass in the god damned bath tub with a fucking butcher knife that night).

He was arrested and his DNA matched the blood on the blocks. He ended up being connected to another murder or two, and I'm not sure what the fuck happened to him after that. I just know I burned those fucking blocks shortly after.

So yeah, sometimes what turns out to be a ghost is really a fucking psycho who wants to torture the fat kid in the neighborhood.

Mine is very similar to this.

This happened in elementary school, but I remember it vividly because of how disturbed and scared I was by it at the time. I still think about it sometimes now whenever the topic of ghosts is brought up.

My Dad dropped me off at school and I was walking through the hallway to my classroom. Every day pretty much these two twin brothers would be goofing off outside their own room, and this morning was no different. We weren't really friends, but everyone knew them anyway because they were the only twins we had at the school at the time, and when you're young that is kind of cool, I guess. Anyway, the point is I know 100% that they were there, like always, as I walked by.

I get into my classroom and everything is normal, but then the teacher gets up in front of the class and asks everyone to quieten down. The intercom overhead comes on and the principal announces that we are going to have a moment of silence in memory of (can't remember their names) the two twin boys I mentioned earlier. They had died over the weekend.

Needless to say, I freaked the fuck out, but I didn't say anything because I was afraid people would just think I was lying and I didn't want to draw attention to myself. I was bothered by it the rest of the day.

Later that night I asked my parents if they knew for sure what had happened, and apparently the two boys had been playing around and got inside a freezer, which somehow locked when they closed it and they died inside. I never told my parents that I saw the two kids that morning though.

Basically, I think it's possible for spirits to linger, or it may even just be some kind of residual energy left behind where a person frequented in life. I don't know of a good explanation, but I do believe in ghosts because of this incident.

When I lived in Pennsylvania, we had a very thick, glass ashtray split in two pieces. It hadn't been used in months. Was just a decorative piece on the coffee table.

Not a minute later, these glass covers over two lights that were fixed to the edges of an archway into the living room had one split in two and fall to the floor.

I didn't/don't believe in ghosts, but I had a hard time sleeping that night. Freaked me the fuck out.

Maybe there's a scientific explanation for it.

I wish I could witness some paranormal shit, just so I could know that life isn't as boring as it is.

I've looked big time,trust me. Went to tons of supposed haunted houses.Used to work in a hospital overnight by myself that was said to be haunted. Witness some séances.Went to amytville etc etc...

I have yet to see anything. Maybe I need to hang out with the ghost hunters or something because that bald motherfucker seems to always know where the ghosts are.
