Any sugar can be metabolized into triglycerides, other sugars, and vice versa. That's how your liver maintains blood glucose levels in the absence of sugar in your diet, given that certain parts of the body (the brain for instance) can only metabolize glucose.

Being man made is irrelevant. If it's fructose, be it man made or natural, it will be metabolized as the body sees fit. If sugar levels are high it will convert it into lipids for storage, if sugar levels are low it will convert it into glucose where it enters the standard metabolic pathways. Your body can't tell if a molecule of fructose is man made, it's a fucking molecule of fructose and that's all your cells know.

Whether or not it is man-made does matter.

If I'm drinking a glass or orange juice then the sugars are likely 50/50 fructose and glucose. If I'm drinking a can of coke the ratio can be tilted up during production as high as 80/20 and I the label does not reflect that.

That's the only thing that really bothers me about dating older...my wife is pretty fucking tolerable about the gaming. I can't imagine that's commonplace. I dunno what the fuck "normal" people do with their time (I imagine it involves TV, beer and football, to which I say 'blow me,' but i digress), but gaming is pretty much all I do with my spare time. Even if the sex was fucking awesome, I'd be pretty hard pressed to stick around real long. What am I gonna do, twiddle my thumbs all day and shop? Fuck that.

It's kind of not anywhere near the magnitude of what we've been talking about, but when I was 18, just fresh outta high school, I dated a 22 year old chick that summer/fall. I was seriously still working a shit job at target overnights and living with a buddy at his mom's place (long story), and she was a real estate agent, owned her own house, worked quite a bit into the evenings. I had a lot of fun but we were just in 2 completely different worlds. My buddies and I would sit around fucking playing nintendo and listening to Iron Maiden, she had a house and a real job and responsibilities and shit, and as far as I know, she didn't do anything for fun besides shop, well, and me.

I can only imagine dating someone who's my mom's age would be the same way, only far worse. I'm close to 30 here..what the fuck would I ever talk to a 45 year old broad about? She doesn't give a shit about my stable of level 70's or mario kart or how badly I mopped the table with the boys at Risk last night, and I don't care one way or another about whatever it is 45 year old chicks do with their time. I have a hard time giving a shit about what 30 year old chicks do with their time

I bet you get all the sparkling personality, strong independent women. I don't want to date a lap dog or some subservient woman. I want a girl that challenges me intellectually, physically, mentally, the works. If I'm going to spend my life with someone they have to be someone that always keeps me on my toes and challenges me. If I want a dog, I'll buy one. I want a freak in the bedroom, scholar at the dinner table, and princess in the streets. I've also never raised a hand to a girl I've been with but I did make the mistake of calling one a bitch, once. Her right hook had me seeing stars.

As for the gaming thing I really never wanted a girl that games. I like having my own hobbies. Plus, it's a very time consuming hobby. I know couples that play WoW together and they're fucked up to be around. Sit next to each other for 10 hours and say 3 words the whole time.

In this context a cougar is an older woman (40-60) that goes after younger guys (20-30), usually more for a fuck buddy than a real relationship.
