So still live with the parents (commuter college kid)

House was built about 10 years ago by us. ~$260,000 not including property.

3300 sqft.
4 Bedroom
2.5 Bathroom
2 bay garage, 2.5 bay garage was built ~4 years ago
4 acres

black car is bro's, red is mine

Note: there are two levels to the deck, upper was built with the house, lower was built by my dad and I after the pool was setup. all landscaping also done by us.

Very nice. As someone that lives in a big city, it must be cool to live in a house that was built FOR YOU, not to be #33 in the track plan. It's kind of lame when you're in your front yard, and both house to the side of you are your exact model. Here in Vegas, if you were to run and jump out of the 2nd story window, you'd hit another house before you hit the floor. They pack us in.

lol i'm not that far into the middle of no where. just a backlot, closest house is ~500ft. I guess if they used a directional antenna they could steal my interwebs.
