| Sad, during my EQ days I used to be at around 120 wpm. Now apparently i'm closer to 60'ish. 2 things I need to get used to though. One is the scrolling text. I type in sentences, not words. Second; I put 2 spaces after a sentence, which come off as an error. |

+19 Internets | blah, maxing out at about 80wpm average, got a top score of 109 but that was an easy sentence, bunch of 4-5 letter words. I don't really care for the scrolling text. I think the way they handle typos screws me up too. Last edited by Zarcath : 04-25-2008 at 05:26 AM. |

+1 Internets | I type with 6 fingers as well. I don't know how I type with only 6, but I only use 1 finger on my right hand. I failed keyboarding my first year in highschool with a 15 because of that and my posture. Funny thing is that I was typing 130-160 wpm. |

| I never realized I use close to all my fingers. Although I use pinky only for Shift and enter. And the ring finger for when I type two words that are together. But anyways... i was getting 50 (on bad sentences) to about 80. Dunno how to improve my typing. I wouldn't say practice, because I do type A LOT. So what do people use to type faster? | The problem is that the game uses preset sentences that people could macro, because they come up repeatedly. They need to use random strings of words. I got up to around 110 WPM once, but it wasn't high enough to break the top scores. I went as low as 75 on some of the harder / longer ones, but usually ended up winning them.
