my vote is for vader easily. regardless of whether vader's saber can cut through doom's armor (i'm almost certain it would slice through it like butter but anyway) i think vader would simply force crush doom's balls.

i want to hear some defense on the side of dr doom. explain to me why he isnt a total pussy.

My vote is for Vader, but a few points:

1- I've only seen vader fight Luke, and he sucked.
2- I have no idea how good vader can move or fight. It seems like most of his power is in his political and military control, not necessarily his hand to hand combat.
3- Other than force pushing and lightsabers, I don't see what else makes him so bad ass.
4- What makes Vader so smart? He couldn't figure out he had a son alive, and Anikan was a cocky jock, not a brilliant tactician. He was a prodigy pilot, but I never saw anything that showed vader was anything more than average intelligence.

1. He fought Obi Wan as a padawan and really held his own. Only 2 people have defeated Vader, one was Obi Wan when Anakin was still in training and had no control over the dark side. The second was Luke, and that was only because Vader wanted to be defeated. In his prime Vader is practically invincible and his only 2 losses were to 2 of the greatest Jedi Knights to ever live.

2. A good warrior doesn't need to land the best blows all the time, just at the right time.

4. Vader has all the knowledge of the Dark Side. Even more so in the period after Ep. 3 as he learns to master the force fully.

You name 2 Vader fights, can you name any more? Did he ever "fight" someone in the comics or books or anything? I mean he picked up the emperor who weighted probably 90 lbs and threw him over a railing? Why not force choke him or use lightning or just crush him to the size of a beer can?

He completely and utterly destroyed many Jedis during the period following Ep. 3. He was the one who hunted them down and killed them all, they were plenty more than just the 4 or 5 they showed in the film.

It shouldn't take place on Earth, that give Doom home field advantage. He can call up doombots and own up the place. It should be on an empty death star. Then there's tech for Doom to fuck with, and lots of shit for Vader to huck at Doom. Vader still wins, though. Force choke a bitch.
