| Wasn't Gilligan busted with some years ago as well? Ah yeah, and surprisingly enough Mary Ann supposedly sent it to him! Quote:

+6 Internets | Well, to be fair, she was driving erratically. So that was just stupid. DUI is a DUI regardless of the substance if you're impaired enough to not be able to drive. But still, it's fucking weed and she's 69. She's not going to stop. |

+1 Internets | he's pretty good at improv as you can see regularly in his interviews on the show. most of the comments seem too spontaneous to be scripted. i'm willing to bet the people he interviews are well aware that he's going to do some weird shit, but that's ok because he usually does a good job at letting them communicate their point or message anyway.

| Real Life Apologist | He's playing a hostile interviewer, but his questions are so ridiculous that anyone being interviewed can tell he's using his questions to help their point, not hurt it. I'd assume they don't feel any pressure to genuinely deal with his ridiculous questions. |

| I don't agree. I feel like his "radical" questions sometime illuminate glaring flaws in THEIR position rather than vice versa. Best Colbert line to a Congressman: "Sir may I have a mustache ride?" |
