Canada does have an ethnic diversity that compare with the USA, if not even greater actually. None of those those countries have as many aliens as the USA tho.

Its fuckin Mexico, while on vacation i've bribed my way out of a cocaine charge. Just because their laws on paper are more strict does not mean the laws will be carried out in real life situations. If you want to compare countries as least compare a country that has a currency equal to the United States with similar laws.

Using that argument lets compare the rate of stealing in the United Stats to a middle eastern country. If the United States used capital punishment and cut the hands off theives i guarntee you the theft rate would severely decline.

Exactly why is the comparison invalid? In Mexico, firearms are practically outlawed and the law clamps down heavily on it, yet murders with firearms are still high. The murder by other means is much higher. My point is that when you have people that want to kill other people, they don't give a damn about a silly rule written in a law book somewhere. Guns aren't the problem, murdering shitbags are. People need to quit blaming an inanimate object and look at the root of the problem. Guns do not control people and do not make them do anything. It's a means to an end and they are just doing what they already intend on doing. They are a tool. Why is that so hard to understand? I'll say it again. Murder existed long before there were ever firearms. Whether it's a rock or a spear or a sword or a gun, people have been killing each other since the dawn of man for various reasons. Taking away a specific tool will not change that in anyway except hurt the security of people who wish to defend themselves from such savages.
