I never understood that show...ever. Inside the Actors Studio is awkward, creepy, and has absolutely no flow to it. Much of the awkwardness and creepiness is from James Lipton, but it's just lame in general.

Couldn't disagree more. :/ Fun for me to get inside the actors' heads. The one with Robin Williams was non-stop laughter but that's probably the exception to the rule. Saw Morgan Freeman's too and it was very interesting.

The good interviews with people who don't otherwise talk to the press are good. Dave Chapelle's interview is pretty epic.

Thanks for mentioning Chapelle's interview. I looked it up on YouTube after reading your post, and really enjoyed it. He's a smart guy (Chappelle, that is).
