Yeah, every time someone posts shit like that I start thinking "Fuck, I should re-sub so I can go exploring again and maybe things won't suck so much this time..." Then I remember that the reason I'm thinking this is because none of the shots showed player models. /shudder

Still, it's amazing how powerful that old school EQ nostalgia is. Now matter how much I may love WoW or whatever game I get into next, I question whether it will ever have the same impact as venturing out into Everfrost from Halas the first time.

Agreed on the EQ2 player models. I DL'd the trial version to check out since I abandoned WoW and wanted a nostalgia trip. I logged in to create a character and shuddered.
