Post Your Workout Playlist

Thread says it all, looking to redo mine as it's getting stale for me.

I usually listen to: IDM, Breakbeat, DnB, or Electro Pop during the day, but when I'm working out I'll usually have on Rhapsody or Dragonforce. That shit is just pure motivational awesomeness.

Depends on what you're doing, really.

Cardiovascular I'd listen to something upbeat.

Weight training I'd listen to something heavy and flat-out mean.

Doing some heavy-bag work & rowing for cardio, and then weights for strength-training.

So both suggestions would work.

If you're a fast runner touch of grey by grateful dead is excellent to run to.

Eye of the Tiger
Rocky - Gonna Fly Now
Rocky - Going the Distance
Rocky (3 6 Mafia) - It's a Fight
Conan Soundtrack - Anvil of Crom
Clapton - Sunshine of your love
Rage - Pistol Grip Pump
Rage - Guerilla Radio
Black Sabbath - Iron Man

and some Tool

you can run forever as long as the Rocky soundtrack is playing
you can throw some punches too with the music while you're running for good effect
Conan turns you into a beast no matter what you're doing

Whenever i know i'll have to push it, i always love listening to Rollins Band, specifically the song Tearing.
Most powerful workout song (for me) ever.

Tool, Deftones, Rage, Linkin Park is good while running; fuck the hate, System of a Down, Eminem, (Til I collapse has a great beat for running) Mudvayne - Happy, (Not a big fan of them really) Sevendust, and some Perfect Circle.

...Mainly stuff off the top of my head but I definitely get lost in Tool and Deftones songs. Top notch imo.

My current workout disc is something like this, don't remember all the shit or the order, it's usually set to random.

Buckcherry - Crazy Bitch
NIN - Closer
Submersed - Hollow
Justin Timberlake - Sexyback
The Killers - Mr. Brightside
Darude - Feel The Beat
Evans Blue - Cold
SoaD - Hypnotize
Simple Plan - Me Against The World
Celldweller - Switchback

Some other shit on there that's escaping my mind. I usually switch it up every week or so, this just happens to be this week's mix.
