anyways most if my pics are ugly (hence why I dont have one of my face really) but this one is the worst of me imo. about a year ago I think.

PS> if the camera gets much closer to me the lense (sp?) cracks and whoever was taking the picture makes me buy thema new one, so dont expect much more lol.

How long have you been doing Martial Arts?

I would love to start, but I have no flexibility, or time. How much time do you put in a week? I'm sure sucess is measured by time.. But who knows

2 years in about a week or so. Flexibility can be developed. TIme you will need. I go about 4-5 times a week.
