It seems like it would be overly expensive, and pretty pointless. Could you imagine being a teacher and having to look at 40 kids wearing that? Epileptic seizure time! Can you turn it off? Can you go swimming with it on? I dunno....

Thats pretty cool stuff but im sure it will be more expensive then its worth. Then again some people would pay anything for a neon "Look at me!" sign... now they can have one!

This might also have use for people working at night/ and or in dangerous places, or maybe those dudes on aircraft carriers that bring down the aircraft.

Depends all on the cost/durability/reusability. Great potential for a multitude of things.

I'm just waiting for one of the kids to be walking around casually and suddenly his cloths burst into flames.

True. Would be nice for people who run/bike at night.

I always thought that The Future is when we have flying cars and robotic servents.

Well, that is the future, and it will always be the future because flying cars will never be viable. Look how horrible people drive on the street already. Imagine the utter chaos of having people fly around everywhere. Not to mention if something goes wrong....well your dead, and probably so are the people you crash land into.
