Not all people with OCD have the stereotypical hand-washing, steps-taken-counting, everything-must-be-sorted-and-arranged-to-perfection type behaviors that everyone can recognize. Nearly one in forty Americans has OCD or has had it at some point in their lives. I promise you that you know people that have obsessions or compulsions that seem so "normal" that they probably don't even realize how excessive they are.

Addiction and compulsion are not even closely related. Compulsion is performing repeated behavior for the purpose of relieving anxiety brought on by obsessive thoughts. Addiction is essentially excessive indulgence in something. Sure the reason can be "escape" similar to compulsions, but they are fundamentally different. Good try though.

Haha, Zurich's local government is a joke around here

Just a few days ago they proposed merging with other states (cantons, but same thing really) and Zurich becoming the new central hot spot - "Downtown Switzerland" ... I think they need some of that drug counceling badly

Although I'd love to see that survey, can't find it though
