Yes, that trinket is leet for a priest or something.

Wasted on a rogue, get more then 400 damage easy in that 3 minutes off even a +2% crit trinket.

Wasted? Keep in mind rogue is a melee class, gets rooted or snared all the time, and that trinket casts an instant ranged dd.
