Sickest things i've seen are motorcycle-accident-jaw-missing-man, that creepy ass video from the owned video thread, and the maggot tit photoshop. That last one really isn't too bad, but it always gives me the heebyjeebies.

I got an email with about a dozen pictures of a semi truck and the road around it after some dude on a moped or motorbike had fallen between two of his tires. The guy was shredded and spread all over the highway and the truck, it was disgusting. The worst was a picture of his head, a bit of his neck and spine, and part of a shoulder still attached.

It's been years since I saw that, and even thinking about it to make this post has made my mouth dry up.
