not worth it at all, but this is really just a glorified personal ad. If I were a 40-60 yr old guy, I most definetly WOULD hit it. She looks damn good for ~40. If it were no strings, she were naked and willing, I'd hit it now and then split.

let me get this straight since i'm not exactly sure what you get for the 600 grand. if you pay 600k, does that mean she marries you or are you just buying the house? This seems like it could get awfully fucked up if it doesn't work out and is entirely pointless if it does. If it does work you become married and share income anyhow (assumption) and so paying the 600k is pointless. If it doesn't work out and you don't like eachother does this mean that you just paid 600k for a date? If you pay and you hate eachother does that mean you own the house and she still gets to live in it?

She's pretty hot for +40, i'd guess 50 if her age range was a 40-60 man since she seems pretty desperate.

She seems pretty stupid. Dating services or for people who have trouble meeting people, meaning they're generally socially inept and undesirable. There are exceptions of course, some people are just really busy. I'm not surprised she wasn't satisfied with any of the men she dated...

if i was buying a house for 600K i'd definitely want to decorate it myself, pre-furnished is not an asset in today's real estate market...
