What do you guys think this fine young lass will die from first, Anorexia or Skin Cancer?

Though from the looks of the pic here she may be dead already.

The frightening part is, at least for the arms, the bones themselves aren't much thinner than her arms, meaning she has virtually no muscle. I'd be hard pressed to believe she could curl as little as 10 or 15 pounds. IMO it is far more sickening to see an overly thin person than an obese person. At their extremes it is even more prevalent.
