I've actually seen bigger. Sad to say.

It was either Leno or Conan, and forget why but he walked into the audience b/c some guy with big guns was there. He was wearing a huge ass jacket to cover them up at the time, took the jacket off with the host standing next to him, and it's like he had 2 soft balls injected into his biceps, rather disgusting. He said they used to be bigger too, but he hadn't been working out as regularly. His record was like 28 inch circumference.

There's having a hobby, and then there's deforming yourself. WTF is wrong with the human race anyway?
