Yeah the worst pits are usually the more popular bands - not necessarily the heaviest bands - due to sheer mass of people involved. The front of the stage at Deicide (satanic death metal) was somewhat tame compared to fighting my way to the front at Nirvana or Korn.

Anyway, the owners of those sites are pussies for giving in to that bitches parents. They can't legally do shit about some photoshopped pic of their daughter on the web.

That reminds me of when I went to this concert that had like 12 bands some of which were sum 41, system of a down, three doors down and so on. It was a outside concert and they had this 4-5 foot wall before the stage. This place cramed 30,000 people in this little park in florida. Well anyway the people at the wall were passing out because they were getting crushed between the wall and the mass of people. The pits there were weak as fuck but damm that was some crowded shit.
Kept on seeing bottles and shoes and shit throw into the air slamming people in the face. Before the day was done I must of seen at least 30 people being hauled away on stretchers(spelling)

When I had just entered the Navy in 1988 I met a combat medic who was an E-6 at that time and he showed us pictures of his first corpman duty assignment which was to put all the 932 dead people in the Jim Jones slaughter into body bags, that was 1978. He had nightmares for about three years. He said the most disturbing part was putting the cold mottled kids into tiny bags as he had a brother that was about 8 yrs old at that time. Creepy shit.
