Theres stupid paladins... and then theres these guys.

I am a 53 mage and I am playing with a 60 rogue. We are killing people in and around gadgetzan, killing the hunters priests and mages on the roofs, running down people who are being chased by guards and finishing them off. You know, the usual.

We get to corpse camping this 60 paladin and a 53 priest. I guess they got tired of loosing and called in some reinforcements. their two grew to 3 paladins a warrior and a priest. The war I think was 56ish and all 3 pallies were 60. Theres no way I was going to win since they dispatched my rog friend. So, I summon my mount and start hauling ass.

We were west of gadgetzan by the time the other alliance showed up and I have to go even farther west to get away from them. The paladins give chase dismounting occasionally in what I can only guess is an attempt to stun me. They chased me all the way to Ungoro Crater. Being the clever mage that I am, I promptly Dive off the cliff and hit feather fall.

I don't know what the paladins were thinking (If they were thinking at all) but I sure laughed my ass off as I watched all 3 of their bodies splat on the jutting rocks below.

Heh before they nerfed parachute cloak in beta, I used this to escape a gang of alliance shmucks in Hillsbrad. I was by the murloc cliffs, so I ran and dove off. Hit the chute...slowly floated towards the water. They jumped off...took fall damage...then all the murlocs aggro'd and started attacking them. I then dove really deep and one of them forgot they had to breathe, and thus drowned ;P

lol corpse camping is nothing in wow, you get no durability loss from pvp so not only could you just log of and get your corpse at a diff time, you could just rez further away. even if they come kill you again, who gives a fuck

Well, I guess you're right... It isn't as bad when compared to other games but I don't really think you should have to deal with griefers by logging off. I guess alternativly you could spirit healer rez, though.

I used to think corpse camping was gay after the first oh 20 or so times it happened to me. I used to think it was gay to get ganked by someone twice my level. I used to think it was gay to be attacked while killing mobs. I used to think it was gay to get killed by the people standing on the roofs of the neutral cities.

Untill they take those things out of the game I am going to do them whenever I can because it gives me the upper hand and everyone else does it.

Also, chivalry is dead so shut the fuck up and die.

There is no point in PVPing at the moment.

Corpse Camping till they spirit healer res and take durability loss makes it feel like you achieved something.

It's hilarious how bluebie carebears always talk shit about pvpers and corpse camping.

I have a story;

Running threw ashenvale and a lvl29 mage polymorphs me(i am lvl53) for 20 seconds. Poly breaks, I get on my mount to chase him down. He polys me again for 20 seconds. I am unable to kill this little fuck due to the fuck I am a paladin with no range attack and, he can poly me for 20 seconds infinitly.

Who in the fuck thought it would be a bright idea that a person 24 fucking lvls below me should be able to let a spell on me, let alone for FULL effectiveness?
