| I cheated.... Don't understand the disparity between up and down speeds though since this was done over the DS3 circuit at work...

| Also does anyone have a recommendation for a nice *small* image viewer/utility that I can use for converting BMPs into jpg's? I had to uninstall PSP recently to free up space on my laptop and now I am stuck with MS paint that doesn't support jpg so I get things like above when I run it through MSPaint (My color scheme is actually grey, not puke sea green)

+29 Internets | Go to www.download.com and look for "irfanview", I lub it long time. Totally free, lots of features, simple interface. Hell, it warns you during set up when you want to associate it with files, as opposed to most other software that just ninja associates itself with everything on your computer. I used to get about 7-8mbps up and 600kbps down on my old cable connection at home, for like 40 bucks CDN a month. That connection had unreal bandwidth. |

| Aye W2K. I'd update to XP but since I am slated for a new system in January it's hardly worth going through the hassle. Besides eihter way I go - cleaning up enough space to to do the upgrade or doing a clean install and reinstall of everyting - it's a major bitch. Hardly worth it since I am definitely going to have to do it in January anyway.
