It's not a matter of faction...It's simply a matter of reaching the vendor...

Come next patch they will be faction based and right now to get them you have to do a tick (took me a while to get it down and I needed help) Only 4 horde players have alliance mounts right now. Since the patch is coming soon I doubt anyone else will get it. Although im trying to help MrFester get a ram mount as well.
