Whenever someone shows a pic of a girl and asks "male or female" my first inclination is to vote male simply because the question makes me suspicious.

That said, I really don't know. I can't see "her" neck well enough to make out an adam's apple. "She" does have nice tits though ... but they can be faked on either gender.

I was watching an episode of Taboo on Ngeo channel a couple of
weeks ago , the topic was the alternative sexualities. Turns out
that there are several countries out there where birth control pills
can be bought in stores without a prescription. So what happens
is you get all these young boys 10-12 years old that want to be
girls that start taking these pills before they reach puberty.

Apparently birth control pills contain hormones ? Fuck if I know.

Anyways they end up looking remarkably feminine as a result.
