So friday, usual offday, nothin goin on. We get some yellow text message during the afternoon about strange events taking place. Guildies look all over, nothin goin on, no gms, aint shit.

So tonight im xpin in poe when people start hollerin about shit goin down in akkanon. Sure enough, theres hundreds of goddamn lvl64 gnome shits from the eldriths and malignents fighting each other. eldrith indif, malignants kos.

The result, well, quite possibly the coolest thing since http://picard.ytmnd.com to be honest.

Warrior low hp agro kiting 200+ mobs while people randomly attack shit. time geared war earthshaking every 7 minutes (either rampage reuse, or the time it takes him to run back when he's immediately killed) This was quite possibly the most fun i've had in eq in like, 3 days at least if not 4

The low lvl xping gnomish community wasn't as thrilled as me tho

The highlight to all of it was getting xp for standing near them when they die. Kinda like how i'd take faction hits for running through qinimi, but this was my AA bar moving.

I don't know on what servers its on atm. I do know its goin on right now on stromm, so make a gnome and go look, it'll be worth your time.

I died 4 times, but made about 30% aa. Alla lists item drops, nobody saw a thing except gnome noob quest items while I was there. By the time I logged, about 4am, the zone was a nasty death camp where ya had to be on yer guard trying to get a sc and rez in before someone trained the book (about 5-10 mins between trains, and very regular ones) so I don't think any progress was made after that on stromm.

I'm sure others servers did better tho

fuck that shit, innoruuk last week had a kael raid with gnome GM, she all gave us gnome potions to turn into gnomes, it was a gnome vs giants gm event and we killed KT, Statue (2 times), vindi, and we were supposed to kill AoW but someone fucked it for us, ninja looting and shit =(.

one of my buddies got a vindi bp that day lol he was shitting bricks of joy. 2 ST key things dropped, erad bp, like 5 SBoZ but 3 were ninja'd couple other things off KT, head and some belt, boots of the storm too. one of the funnest time's i've had on EQ~

Stop being pussies. One time at about the "mid / late point" of PoP for all guilds as a whole, I ran around PoFire when the minis were down and aggroed every single fucking mob in the field and I have never seen such a big fucking train. THAT is what a train is. Like the only other zone I can think of that can create as impressive of a train is WW, and even then it's not as dangerous because the mobs hit for way less on average.

I did have screenshots uploaded to my ISP's website but I have since deleted them

Btw, I'm a warrior, and it's always thrilling to know that if you get hit once chances are you'll get stunned and die instantly.

I once, on my monk, had EVERY mob in that mons letales? place (the white zone for high teens) it got to the point where id get a mob and an old one from the pack would walk away because i had too many behind me. I even found some noobs! thnx FD.. funny shit.

I had every field 2 named in fire plus 6 elite guardians of ro (spawn during Fennin ring) and took them to the castle 1 raid corner... sucked for the guild that was there.
