Three cheers for the greatest single player first person shooter ever!

Right Click Here and select "Save Target As..." to download Half-Life - Memory Lane.divx

For the video to work, you will need the Divx 5.05 codec (which will allow your movie player to recognize the video stream), which can be found HERE.

The file is about 130mb, so dial-up fools need not apply.

You may also need the Fraunhofer MP3 codec (which will allow your movie player to recognize the audio stream), which can be found HERE. To install: Run the file, click off all of the checkmarks, then select Audio Codecs, and checkmark the "Fraunhofer MPEG-Layer 3 codec" tab.

I knew this one was going to suck.

I downloaded it anyways.

I watched all 16 minutes, hoping you would do something new and interesting that I have not done 800 times.

In my heart of hearts, I knew I was going to be disappointed, and I was - but I never turned it off.

What is wrong with me?

Wow teh first 15 minutes of half-life... YAY the train ride woo woo that was really great no really i mean it. I expected some good multiplayer battling or something but no. You know a lil energy gun hopping or something cool like that.

Apparently you chose the part of the game where you don't have a weapon or need to fight in order to avoid being embarrassed.

You fucking homo rat fucking retard, HL was a great game but I would not claim it to be the GREATEST FPS. I think most people would agree that Q2/Q3, UT and CS are much better.

HL was the greatest single player FPS for me for it's time. Quake 3 is still the best FPS to me, then again I stopped playing them(frequently) a while back. Call of Duty was really great single player, and UT 2004 has been fun multiplayer. To each his own.

..don't really know why I even bothered posting this. Someone will disagree and it will lead to a 10 page thread on why xxx game rules and yyy sucks.
