I think he not only knew he was being recorded, but I think he actually set it up.

He stays nicely framed with the camera the entire time. When I'm dancing alone and no one is around, I don't stay in one small area. Then again, I seldom dance.

These kind of threads are ideal for more serious messageboards, like car, health, financial, etc. When someone posts a serious post they obviously spent much time on, just toss this in there with a link that says something like "heres what I did."
