Except I've never had a problem doing anything on a Mac. In fact if you go from the Mac platform to the Windows platform you will find that a lot of shit seems very counter-intuitive.

Actually I'd call the mac-bowling pin analogy very apt. Considering the new Iphone commercial where some guy talks about having a cell phone to take pictures, a cell phone to text, a cell phone to make calls on, and an ipod, and a digital camera. Then says how only an Iphone can do it all at once.

And Mac operation is counterintuitive to people who used Windows first. A more fitting analogy would be -- Mac: Like learning how to drive a stick. I prefer Windows, would like to learn Linux (because I've heard it offers great insight into how an OS works), and Mac is not attractive to me simply because it is the Windows antithesis. I have learned enough about it though to know that anything that can be done on a PC can be done on a Mac, especially since Mac hardware can now run Windows. For those of us who learned Windows first, using a Mac does feel like shaving with a bowling pin -- everything seems to be harder than is necessary, but this is no different from changing from an auto to manual transmission. Mac users should just let Windows users make fun of it. At least we don't put our jokes on national television. Oh, and the learning to drive stick analogy is not meant to imply greater performance from Macs -- only that it's a way of learning to operate machinery differently.

That's exactly it, and what Windows suck-ups don't get. I started with Macs and prefer using them and most mac people will say that they way shit is done on Windows makes no sense to them. Amazingly, the opposite is also true. Ultimately, though, what has been true for a very, very long time is: if you've never used a computer before, the Mac OS will make more sense to you than Windows when you sit down and use it for the first time. So now which one is more intuitive?

And OMG, gadget integration, what a horrible idea, I'm so ashamed Apple is the first company to mix shit into a cell-phone, the loopy bastards. CAMERA, AND MUSIC -- ON A CELL PHONE? The idea will never stick.
