You don't even need an ambulance for that..... do you see how far the solid steel of the truck door has been moved. Helmet or not - motorcycle injuries on the freeway are almost always bad.

It's not a solid steel door, either. Most likely some kind of aluminum, and you can tell from the panels that it's hollow.

Yeah those doors are lightweight and flimsy. If it was solid steel then you wouldn't even be able to open them.

I don't see any frogs.

And the door appears to be a semi hollow steel (possibly aluminum). He also appears to have severe upper chest impact as well. The fact that his head WENT that far into the truck is telling in how far his neck was likely to have extended. Not as horrific as others, but I think it is safe to say the fact that they stopped and took pictures means that this guy didn't walk away.

Anyway.....

I know I have posted this before but here is Puff IN FULL FLIGHT. Be amazed (or scared).
