No they wouldn't be bending over but holding their ears yes. I used to work on flight lines when I was in the USAF and the noise is really bad but not shit yourself bad. Shockingly I have hearing problems now at the ripe old age of 29.

If the camera were moving with the plane to avoid motion blur the people would be blurred horizontally not simply out of focus. If the film captures at such high speed that .. well no one cares

Besides the obvious clarity of the plane against the background, don't planes never land that close to the end of the runway? I guess if it's a very small runway it's possible, but I fly every year and I'd say they always touchdown at least a few miles from the end of the runway.
