Not everyone is gorgeous, I think the redhead's costume looks fine even though she doesn't, and the one behind the succubus looks pretty cool even if she may not be hot.

I think when you say cosplay done right you simply mean hot girl done right, because imagine the succubus wearing the first chick's outfit...
