Those aren't "Daddy Long Legs" (which is a cellar spider). It is a "Harvestman", which is not even a spider, though it appears to mimic them.
It seems as though everyone calls the Harvestman Daddy Long Legs though, I've never seen them referred to as a Harvestman when speaking to anyone.

Opiliones ("Harvestman")
Pholcidae (Real "Daddy Long Legs")

The easiest way to differentiate is the unjointed, single torso of the harvestman, whereas "true" spiders have a noticeably distinct abdomen and thorax.
Anyway, both are non-venomous, let the rumor die!

JFC enough with the spiders. If anyone doesn't know what they are by now they deserve to get bit by a daddy long legs with fangs unusually long enough to pierce the skin.. so the world's deadliest venom can kill them.
