+1 Internets | 77 represent. I had so many GiJoe's, even today I still find one every now and then in the abyss of my wardrobe when visiting my parents and digging some stuff in my old room. Some of those dudes have been waiting for an unsuspecting Cobra or GiJoe to walk in front of them for 20 years. Last I remember my Zartan was a mixture of pink and green. The quick congelator-boiling water-microwave trips had the best of his baby looking skin. |

+8 Internets | Pogs ? I am from 79, and I never played pogs, I remember on of my cousin that was 5 years younger playing with those. I had the luck of having an uncle that was working for Kenner Parker and Milton Bradley (evrything Star Wars and GI Joe related (including prototypes) and things like the "Action Force" figurines and vehicles (not so sure about the name anymore but they were kind of neat like the GI Joes). That was like having Santa Claus beeing part of your familly.   Oh and M.A.S.K. was the shiz too ! Freaking awesome toys !

+15 Internets | Some of mine growing up: The Turtle Blimp, Jurassic Park Compound, G.I. Joe General, and my favorite toy of all time, the Lego Dark Fortress. The left "tree" had a pin you could pull out and the entire thing would topple forward and annihalate whatever happened to be standing in its path. Holy shit did I destroy a fuckton of poor Lego people under that tree. |
