That gif is about what happens to women in those countries. The men find women that have new borns cut off their tits(only way to feed their babies) cut off their clit rape and beat them until they either die or will die later from the loss of blood or infection.

If I remember correctly I thnk tears of the sun( Bruce willis movie) showed some of that.
