Racism is obviously when anyone mentions a race that is historically a target of racism. In America, that means when you mentions Blacks, Jews or Japanese, you're being racist. Unless, of course, you're black. Blacks can't be racist by definition.

Unfortunately in today's time, the majority of people confuse being observant with racism. Stating statistical facts is not racist, nor is laughing about jokes based on said statistical facts.
