YEP!

It's basically rice and meat and some vegetables, all ground up, then put inside of a pig intestine. It's similar to sausage, except sausage doesn't have the rice and shit, just meats and maybe some onions or garlic if you like that. The best (TO ME, others will disagree!) boudin is smoked before it's served, oh god, you can just eat the whole thing, it's so damn good.

The oceans are going to rise 400+ feet above current sea levels?

I live in an area on that map that supposidly would go under water and we are an elevation of >400 feet.
