A tiger with 350 agility only has about a 25% to dodge. Factor in his + dodge gear and maybe he would be at like 30 - 33%. He would have to use Evasion to have any chance to take down the elephant. It would greatly help if he was subtelty spec. This way he could use Preperation. Too bad his damage would still be shit....

I actually live down in Ventura (well...Oxnard), I just moved down here from Seattle a few weeks ago to go to Brooks. Had heard good things about IV and wasn't dissapointed. I'm definitely going back next weekend

Ya I do go to UCSB. My girlfriend was just down at Brooks (or at least some old creepy warehouse they use) as a clothes model.

IV definitely doesn't disappoint. This pic is from last year's halloween, and it's not even that good. You can see a couple "good" costumes, but just remember that this is one corner of a long ass street that is completely filled with people. It's slightly less fun the past few years since IV's reputation really blew up and the police put up flood lights (hence all the light even though it's like 11:30).

Yeah I was definitely amazed at the ratio of hotties:uglies down there. Only saw a handful of chicks I wouldnt stick it to, the rest were 7-10's.
