I miss the "Technics" series of Lego's. I do NOT miss finding the small, sharp pieces with your feet at 2am in the dark.

I had a really bad ass Lego book for creating Technics projects, and my favorite was the front end loader from "Aliens". It really walked and had the pneumatic tubing for the arms/grips.

Kennex were alright but nothing compared to when I got the motorized technic set. Found it at Toys R Us and it was like 50 bucks if I remember. It was by far one of the best birthday gifts I ever got.

hells yeah, we used to make wolverine claws out of them, and when we got older our arms were too big and got stuck in the constructs, cutting off circulation.
