i didnt buy a srt4 to autocross... incase anyone was wondering... i also drive on highways and live in a city, having a SUPER SWEET 31337 RALLY CAR wasnt really the plan. when i daily drive i encounter cars on straight roads, very rarely if ever do i yank the wheel at a dirt road in nyc and take a shortcut....

I also own a silver 04 SRT4. I love it, havent modded it much. tell you what though, i love keeping up with cars that cost 2 or 3 or 4 times as much LOL. It is an absolute shit-ton of fun to drive. YMMV though im not a wanna be street racer either though.

P.S. I bought it because it gives you much bang for buck, bought it at blue book though so i didnt take the depreciation hit.

its a fun car to drive but thats about it, im not disillusioned by it being a shitty car, i'd rather have an m3 or something that didnt suck as much, but its what i got and im gonna make do with it =V

just dont go raising the boost to like 20psi, a guy down the street from praised his little neon, before he raised the boost my little ford taurus SHO (v8) could spank that thing silly, however it didnt take long for his engine to completely collapse because he didnt have supporting mods for that much boost, now he is driving a gay dodge caliber. Thats where the STi and Evo are king over the srt-4 (not to mention AWD) you can raise the boost in those cars and the engine will still stay strong
